UPDATE PDS: Catastrophic flash flooding in PAJARO | California

Flood water from the breeched Pajaro River levee continued to flow into the small community of Pajaro on Sunday, with stronger currents of water running through neighborhoods, and water levels in some areas higher than flooding observed on Saturday.
